So I learned that 'whale' is translated as 'paus' in Indonesian, and 'paus' in dutch means 'pope'. Ended up illustrating a whale pope, maybe it's a far relative of Miriel from Elden Ring?

How it started vs how it is going. Started out with pixel art because I thought it was the quickest way for me to create assets, well I was very wrong! I ended up sketching and illustrating with charcoal and inks because it was way more efficient for me! Form follows function I guess 👀
