I keep thinking it cannot go lower, and every time I am surprised. Blocking the publication of studies because they show reassuring vaccine safety data is not how science should work. Scientific results should be published, debated, critiqued, and interpreted transparently not suppressed.

While doing a systematic review of head-to-head trials in rheumatoid arthritis, I had the impression that most first and last authors were men. I complained (loudly) in the office. My colleague Denis Mongin said: “We can actually check that.” And so we did. 👇
