Of course, you need to confirm your age with Apple. This may be automatically done for you if your account is old enough (as it did with me), but if it isn't, I'd trust Apple with that information a hell of a lot more than people like k-ID.

If you use an Apple device, you can confirm your age on Discord without resorting to the corrupt and dodgy k-ID. Log into Discord on your Apple device, then go to your account settings. Select 'Apple App Store' to confirm your age. Apple will confirm your age without sharing personal info.

You need to avoid using Wise for payments. It's somehow even worse than PayPal. We had to deal with stupid support issues when trying to get paid by someone in Europe, but now they are using AI to adjudicate accounts.

Doing home reno stuff and realizing that everything comes packaged with the cheapest mounting hardware/screws/anchors ever. You basically have to spend an extra $15 to mount anything you buy because you have to buy real screws and toggle bolts that aren't as soft as butter.
