Maths peeps ... do you use the word "vertically" when teaching opposite angles? I know they're not vertical in the usual sense but are they vertically opposite because they share a vertex? (or have I misremembered that!) #maths

Interesting different approaches to crossed out work … one of these is from a document published by Eduqas and the others from recent markschemes from AQA, OCR and Pearson. Wonder if the other boards will follow suit ? PS I hope not. #maths

Key vocab! How do you deal with? We have a 'unit vocabulary' sheet that students glue into books and fill in as we go- feels clunky. As a school, we 'drill' vocab every lesson (choral response). Niche request: I am looking for a book extract or could be blog etc that is suitable for Y12 students and deals with consent. I would rather it was about consent *within* a relationship. It is a reading task but pupils will reflect on the piece after, so as relatable and readable as poss. Pls RT!!
