My greatest frustrating has been with policy wonks who persist in thinking we can just keep doing normal policy analysis ("calling balls and strikes") in this situation. The President of the United States is both lawless and out of his mind. That preempts all normal discussion.

Let me help out the Trump Administration since they are morons. If you have a pool of insured people, the healthy part of that pool pays in to support the ones who actually need the service. A national insurance pool SHOULD have a plurality of members who pay in strictly as a preventative measure.
