Quarto allows multiple output formats in the YAML. I keep my pubs in a csv to pull for a pubs page and the CV so that there's only 1 place to update. It worked surprisingly well for a final step but it's not something I'd want to make a habit of. Now I will usually pick RMarkdown or Quarto since they can output to LaTeX PDF or Word from the same source 010
