Massive, sweeping prosecutions of everyone even tangentially involved in the overthrow or corruption of US government. Build a whole infrastructure for it

The Dems need to viciously attack every power and money center for the conservative movement. Eliminate car dealership monopolies, enact wealth taxes on billionaires, eliminate citizens United, crack down on crypto, and bring silicon Valley to heel.

Again, you can always detect some faint embarrassment from Democrats when they talk about the ballroom, but “the president demolished a big part of the White House to build himself a palace with bribes from enemy powers” is, by an order of magnitude, the worst corruption scandal in US history

Given the scale of the forces arrayed against us, it's probably true we cannot save everyone from these monsters. But you make them work for every single innocent victim they take. That's what all the other politics is FOR, abandoning that principle means we have a meaningless politics of nothing.

This is why W Bush is inherent precursor to Trumpism; he took the fevered pitch of post-9/11 conservatism and let enough of it out, used it just cynically enough, to let it get momentum that couldn’t be stopped. That Trump was “anti” Iraq War is not counter to this; it’s actually your whole point

Force the entire Republican Party to die on the hill of “The president is a king and should be allowed to defy the law to build himself a golden palace.” Talk about it nonstop. No issue so succinctly captures the battle lines: on one side, an authoritarian personalist cult, on the other, democracy.

It seems self-evidently the case; the only question is whether the insider win rate is over 90% or, like, 99%. There’s some theory bundled here, too…as in, these aren’t bounded contests like sports or even table games. Anything but an insider bet would be flat guessing, no real “odds” to play

Who knows if anyone loves it but Endgame was trash (except the first 15 minutes which probably could have been part of the previous movie). Boring direction, iffy effects, dumb script, pandering, HAS NO CENTRAL CONFLICT, really the moment Marvel turned to what we now call slop.

Capital One closed Trump’s bank accounts in 2021 for money laundering. We are at this point in America today because our two tier justice system has turned a blind eye to Trump’s crimes for decades. MAGA elevated him but he wouldn’t be there to elevate if our justice system worked.

Trump 2 has shown that the bulk of federal, state, and local "law enforcement" don't perform any useful functions at all. If they did, it would not be so easy to re-task them to brainless gestapo work like rounding up whole neighborhoods and waiting outside public buildings.
