Ok one more suggestion. Get some 1lb weights and do some pilates style pulses. Actually, try without weights to begin with. Can do it standing or sitting or lying down. Your arms will get tired real quick, but you'll be able to go for longer and longer with time.

Ok I made it to the gym today even though I had a migraine. Lmk if this uploads correctly. Idea is to go slow as possible. Can use knees for support to begin with which I also demoed. Tuck arms in to your sides as opposed to a regular push up.
