UPDATE in this case: A Texas court gave full credit to a California court's ruling that Baby Rumi's biological parents are his rightful parents, and dismissed McKenna West, the surrogate, from the case. She (and her Alliance Defending Freedom lawyers) are appealing to the Supreme Court.
