Decided to spruce up my MD Notebook title page. I don’t use washi tape often, so this is me stepping outside of my normal journal routine. I quite like it! Especially since the fountain pen washi is a gift from a great friend. :3

You know what? I'm not done. Reading to your child, especially baby, when able to is almost the bare freaking minimum to help their neurological development. The physical contact w/a baby (them being on a lap or in arms) helps w/emotional regulation & reassurance. AI tech bros are THE WORST.

As a parent of a Kid Who Reads and a Kid Who Is Starting to Read, I 100% believe that publishing could put even a little more effort into MG and be rewarded for it. Kids *are* reading. I see it among 9yo's schoolmates, I see it among 5yo's. They love the school library. They love being read to.
