This child should have been able to walk, bike, or scoot in what is essentially their home’s parking area without being hit by a speeding driver. A driver who has shown clear disdain for the law and is a danger to others.

Truly no better way to share our city than by bike! Thanks to @wababikelibrary.bsky.social, we made it to the National Zoo, playgrounds, ice cream x2, mini golf, the Wharf, the Mall, ate a sushi boat, and made some CORE cousin memories!
