We had a lovely trip to the Natural History Museum today, but all I could hear in my head was the theme to Nationwide.

Didn't Sting start out as a teacher? #totp

Well this isn't problematic, is it? Getting flashbacks to our old Music teacher and a sixth former. #totp

This reminds me of when I was at the BBC running the Messageboard system, and the 606 football board had loads of wankers being awful, and apparently arranging drug deals. Investigations revealed they worked at a call centre, and the BBC was one of the few sites their firewall allowed.

I'm a little embarrassed to admit that I didn't get the joke in the title, but this looks like a lot of fun.

Well, I was looking forward to seeing the movie based on Patrick Stewart in Extras, but it turns out You Can See Everything is a documentary about the blood-test lady.

I will be very interested to see if this, coupled with the rather poor new app and website, has an impact on their ticket sales.

I've just installed Cineworld's new app (see previous complaint) and it's much, much worse than I expected. I predict ticket sales will crater. I couldn't even log in on the laptop. It's a trainwreck.

I saw this film as a young teenager. It was the first time I cried watching a film. As my family will attest, it was not remotely the last time.

Add that to their 'must leave at least two seats between bookings' and date nights are out of the window.

Cineworld just sent an email telling me their app and Unlimited card are changing. And every change is worse. You can't book more than one unlimited member in the same booking any more. Why? This is just making things worse, not "designed to provide a smoother booking experience".

instead (in larger not crossed out) There’s a 10% chance it will kill off the entire human species in just a few years!!

Who is that interviewer reminding me of? Probably off of 80s TV. He looks like a Doctor Who fan complaining about Colin Baker's stories. But I can't quite place him.

Favourite film the year I turned 20? Well, given that I saw this three or four times in the first week (a possible contributor to failing my Uni exams) I should choose this.

found that Wham in China documentary surprisingly moving. And am I mistaken in remembering seeing the original documentary on TV at the time? The doc said Lyndsay Anderson's film was never finished, but was the footage used for a standard documentary? Or am I just thinking of Jean Michel Jarre?
