The complete and total collapse of state function in the face of far right extremists. It is frankly ludicrous that Daniel Thomas continues to be at large given the series of crimes committed which he has literally filmed.

3rd country deportations attack access to asylum and international refugee law, rely on prolonged detention of people found to be refugees, involve rushed movement of them to avoid courts being able to scrutinize violation of their rights, send them to countries where they are at risk.

Why Tunisia's youth are dying to reach Europe
As the sea off Tunisia's coast claims more lives, Tunisia’s youth exodus reaches a grim milestone. With high unemployment and an ongoing economic crisis pushing thousands to emigrate, many are choosing the Mediterranean’s deadliest crossing over a future at home.

Austria: Could Uzbekistan become an additional route for deportations of Afghan nationals?
During a visit to the Central Asian country on May 7, Austria's Foreign Minister Beate Meinl-Reisinger and Interior Minister Gerhard Karner signed a "migration and mobility agreement" linking deportation cooperation with legal labor migration pathways. It is believed that Uzbekistan is to serve as a transit country for the deportation of Afghan nationals from Austria.
