I find the increasingly common use of “pro-Pal” in #Italianmedia uncomfortable. It is presented as shorthand for “pro-Palestinian” or “pro-Palestina”, but language matters: Palestinians lose even their full name and become a three-letter label. Interestingly, Israel is always named in full. #proPal
