2 yrs ago, I planted catmint (in the catnip family) in front of my parents’ gravestone. It wasn’t doing very well and I forgot about it. Yesterday, we visited their gravesite and here’s what we saw ⬇️. My brother said that Herbie (my cat who died in Jan) made the catnip come to life. Maybe so 💜

A cluster of purple spiked flowers are growing in front of a light gray gravestone with the name WARD chiseled in black. It’s a bright, clear day, and the flowers are in full sun, which I think is important for their growth.
