Michigan, Wisconsin and Utah all tried to pass VPN restrictions this past year. We should expect even more this year: I'm already hearing about new bills being planned in other states, including one that would make it a felony to bypass age-verification using VPN. This isn't about protecting kids.

I would actually argue that the idea of spiritual kinship made it possible for a subset of women to engage with men on relatively more equal terms without being suspected of sexual immorality. And that the early Church needed women more than contemporary classical polytheism did.

Al is not the origin of data. It's a probabilistic regurgitation of words. It knows nothing, has no judgment, & has no experiences for itself. It cannot think. It cannot analyze. It cannot critique or reason. AI is word math. Humans are flawed, but our experiences are the origins of information.

And that's the cyclical probability of disinformation replicating itself.
Because it's being repeated so many times it's taken as fact
When it never had real sources.
The probability becomes high - the usage common.
But it was not constructed with proven data. Just perpetuated by probability

And that's what pissed me off about Stanford using Al.
Al doesn't know anything. It relies on real academics to source good data.
If the real academics are sourcing Al... then whose real & accurate data will Al be using?
Al will cite Stanford. While Stanford used Al. A snake eating its own tail.

Exactly. It's being missed that these programs are NOT analyzing the data. That is not what's happening. They are not doing problem-solving. They merely use the rules of chance to guess at an answer and give a different answer EVERY TIME they are asked. Helluva way to run a railroad.
