Geoffrey Hinton admitted he was wrong that AI would replace radiologists. Healthcare demand is elastic, so cheaper/faster scan reading creates more scans, and radiologists do more than interpret images. What many people fail to consider is AI automating tasks is not the same as eliminating the job

Anti-CD19 #CARTCells can persist up to 10 years after infusion in patients with lymphoid malignancies. In one patient CART cells comprised 1.2% of circulating T cells at 9y. Long-term persisting CART cells were predominant double-negative (CD4−CD8−), effector-memory-like phenotype. buff.ly/FBYeuwR

Encouraging results for CAR-T in recurrent glioblastoma: intracranial B7-H3 CAR-T (TX103) was well tolerated in a Phase 1 trial (n=15), with no DLTs. Median OS reached 19.1 months, with 66.7% alive at 12 months and one sustained complete response. Phase 2 warranted. #CARTcells buff.ly/1hWb3c9
