Fate’s #ACR2026 studies suggest #iPSC-derived #CARTs could become a compelling allogeneic platform: a potentially unlimited supply of a standardized, homogeneous product. Data cover FT819 in lupus - without conditioning/outpatient use - and CD19/CD38 FT839 in RA. buff.ly/1U7ulvd

Early but promising results with armored #CARTcells targeting glypican-3 and co-expressing IL-15 and IL-21 in pediatric hepatoblastoma. Step by step, CAR-T cells are beginning to make solid tumors addressable. buff.ly/ZqJ8UbH

In a Phase II trial for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, rentosertib reportedly lowered proteomic biological age in the treated group—potentially signalling disease regression, systemic rejuvenation, or both. If confirmed, this could be a landmark advance in gerobiology. buff.ly/WSFNu7T

⚠️ A reminder that #CARTcells expansion beyond cancer comes with real safety challenges. Novartis has paused 8 trials of its CAR-T therapy in autoimmune diseases after 3 patients died following severe immune reactions. A major setback for an otherwise highly promising field. buff.ly/ApFP5Iy

Anti-CD19 #CARTCells can persist up to 10 years after infusion in patients with lymphoid malignancies. In one patient CART cells comprised 1.2% of circulating T cells at 9y. Long-term persisting CART cells were predominant double-negative (CD4−CD8−), effector-memory-like phenotype. buff.ly/FBYeuwR

Encouraging results for CAR-T in recurrent glioblastoma: intracranial B7-H3 CAR-T (TX103) was well tolerated in a Phase 1 trial (n=15), with no DLTs. Median OS reached 19.1 months, with 66.7% alive at 12 months and one sustained complete response. Phase 2 warranted. #CARTcells buff.ly/1hWb3c9
