scRNAseq is tough in clinical settings, partly bc of $$ but also bc PBMC preps require 2 hrs of labor for each patient. We optimized a method that reduces this to <10 min at the bedside, with all the cell isolation work done in batch post-thaw at a centralized facility. Now out in @insight.jci.org
