Even more than the DUP Wee Bin-Lid loves to paint himself into corners. It's not looking like a winning strategy. And dignity? Dignity would be not acting like complete sectarian gobshites. Let us know when you're ready to give that a try.

Been to 2 European airports in last 2 years, neither charge a drop off fee and both had taxi fares to the adjacent cities capped. God forbid that would happen in the UK, or Ulsterland. As for the taxi driver who picked me up from City on Tuesday, ignorant would begin to cover it.

Last time political unionism allowed itself to be run by Binlid, it was a huge success. His record running the country and winning court cases is exemplary to date.

Reading has become an endangered species. Which is half the problem with American political life. Maybe more than half. If you can't read, you can't think. Then you can fall for anything. The idea, for instance, that the truth is fake news.

The Portadown No. 1 LOL have applied for the same route basically every other Sunday for the past decade. This has become an issue now because Jamie Bryson figured out a way to catch the Parades Commission, who he has detested since as long he started yapping, while they were asleep at the wheel.

The cynic in me says SF is playing right into a DUPe game plan. The DUPe, beset by scandal in the face of an election, has chosen the biggest distraction they could, and hitched themselves to the Bryson bandwagon in the process.

About Drumcree, Jim Allister said earlier "the rule of law should be the winner". That's the same Jim Allister who regularly accepts court decisions positively and with good grace, like the one on the right.

We have record housing waiting lists, record health waiting lists, and a record budget deficit. There's a direct correlation to all of the above and our politicians arguing about long since decided events.

Bilingual signs in Toulouse. French & Occitane (which hardly anyone speaks) side by side. Haven't seen anyone protesting about their culture being eroded. Just a protest about police being armed.
Bilingual signs in Toulouse, one in French says "Rue de Lois" one in Occitane says "Carrièra de las Leis".

Jings, crivvens! I've got it! If all the town & villages in England have individual votes to leave England, they can all get together & call it New England. They would have no constitutional claim over Wales, Scotland & Nordie land & we'd all be free.

I suggest that a country that elects Boris Johnson then Keir Starmer on crushing landslides, who become reviled public enemies within 18 months and have to be booted out by the same media outlets that fought to put them in power in the first place, has some pretty serious Democracy Issues.
