I should mention between the antidepressant and the ADD meds (vyvanse generic), I sleep better. I do have a partner who helps me get to sleep earlier as well though.

I got genetic testing for what SSRIs were more or less compatible with me. The stuff I was on, Lexapro generic and Wellbutrin generic, were the worst picks for me. Switched me to Prozac generic and that's been helpful for sleep and stops me from getting catastrophicly low. But also needed ADD meds.
