Semi-related: disability in my state was so behind. The rest of.thr nation was no different. When I worked cases (awful job) they said that you'd receive a response in 90 days. We were 2 years out on some cases People have to wait months most of the time, and most of the time they'd get denied

I think in those days Bluesky wasn't so much fun as a place of great relief. It was fun in the sense that being released from your three year hostage situation is fun. No Nazis, no Musk, no reply guys, nothing shoved in your face, just a lot of people giggling in a "we're finally free" way.

This is why I want the judge to rule on First Amendment grounds and not just due process grounds - because trump can "fix" due process by giving journalists advanced (albeit bogus) notice that they're being banned. The truth of the matter is that it's viewpoint discrimination violative of 1A.
