Cartoon Network first went on the air on this day in 1992. Turner Broadcasting gave us a network and childhood stable filled with reruns of classic cartoons, eye catching bumpers, critically acclaimed shows and cult favorites. Nothing can deny the impact that Cartoon Network had on animation.

I did not get to see what happened to my copy of Early Edition to render it "undeliverable," but: new record for "worst condition of a package." Actually broke the binding on the Gravity Falls artbook (and Fibbage looks like it was dragged under a truck)

Weird to recommend a show based mostly on this, but dang the saturated colors and some great lighting choices in "You Have My Heart" really feel worth it. Really nice-looking show.

There's another spirit with many eyes, twirly head wisps, and an open mouth with sharp teeth. There's also a ghost with a tiny face, with two different sized eyes and a little frown. There's a black ghost with a gray moon face, their body covered with hand-embroidered stars and planets of various sizes and colors. There's a frowny white ghost featuring embroidered red flowers. Every PAX I am given a small budget of banners to do with what I will and place wherever makes sense. Here are those designs for #PAXWest 2026. (1/2)
