YTjobs is sadly a struggle to get seen on. I am struggling with both a client who will not verify videos I did work on for them (because it wasn’t my official department, even though I was asked to do it), and a client who has retroactively denied my previously verified videos because he is an ex.

This has been the trend I’ve seen every 8 years in my life. Republican tanks the economy, Democrat mends it as best they can, Republican is elected because Dem is blamed for Republican caused problems, Republican is elected etc It’s orchestrated chaos & people forget the cause of the broken economy.

i get why AI is so depressing to me. because covid already shrunk my world to almost nothing, where almost all of my life revolves around socializing and watching videos on the internet (which is being ruined by AI) and creating creative works through coding (which is being ruined by AI), often using open source tools and libraries (which are being ruined by AI)

i already had so little and now even that is being rotted away before my eyes

Being poor in America is expensive, both cost & time wise. I spent almost 4 hours today on different holds trying to get in touch with financial assistance for pre-natal care. And the tl;dr after all of that was that they do not cover pre-natal w/ financial assistance at the place I was calling.

I need people to understand how scary it is being a woman in Texas right now. There is a severe obgyn shortage right now, with there being an almost 2 month wait. On the phone I asked the nurse what we can do & she said “while we still can, vote”. Our ability to vote is up for doubt & I’m scared.
