How is it going? Problems with prototype autofocus/focus stabilization performance => ask microscopy company to demo their microscope body with (perfect) focus stabilization => focus stabilization unit apparently currently broken awaiting repair... Kafka is calling.

Also ask your university, the 350-400k doesn't even cover the "costs"... PhD candidates from outside (e.g., companies) are more in the 600k to 700k bracket.

Also das ist wohl auch zu erwarten bei Inkubation zu Zimmertemperatur (Lactococcus lactis anstelle Lactobacillus delbrueckii). Pre-heating bei yoghurt ist auch nötig, um die Molkeproteine zu denaturieren um cremigen Joghurt zu bekommen.
