Quick career update. Since beginning of March, I am appointed as Professor of Biosensorics at the Brandenburg University of Technology (BTU, Germany). Expect more single-molecule and single-cell inspired stuff & #OpenMicroscopy soonTM (🧬,🧫,🔬,🧪).

Refrigerated “milk” section in a very (!) small Dutch 🇳🇱 Albert Heijn: >25 different brands, sizes, and types. “Fresh” milk in most French 🇫🇷 and Belgian 🇧🇪 super markets I visited: 0. Why? Simply not a thing?
