The term "biological sex" was adopted widely only in the last decade as a reaction to mainstream acceptance of trans people. It was rarely if ever used before that. By any metric, from legislative usage to search query usage, it's plainly evident this is a novel term only made popular by the right.

Because of the National driver register, since their licenses are suspended, trans folks cannot move to another state and get a new license until they remove the suspension on their existing Kansas license. They can't even escape this by moving to another state.

What the hell is a "sex-based pronoun?" Pronouns are literally made up and many languages such as Mandarin and Farsi have no spoken gendered pronouns.

It references a similar rule challenged in Connecticut and cites the case Cerame v. Slack, 123 F.4th 72, 83 (2d Cir. 2024) regarding whether such rules apply to sex-based pronoun usage. A final paragraph asserts that harassment is not a constitutional value and that judges must subordinate harassment concerns to due process and free speech.
