Quite relieved with Mac/iOS27's design changes. Feels a much more mature approach than 26, especially on Mac. Not just transparency - things like the shiny highlights being top/bottom, rather than opposite corners (where they made icons look lopsided). Some elements looking a bit…dare I say… Aqua?

Tidal have finally raised their collection max limit from 10k to 20k. That was my big deal breaker with the service - 20k is still an arbitrary limit, but its a better limit

Wilco are always a great live experience, but last at the Hammersmith Apollo was particularly special. Maybe it was the choice of songs (a lot of favourites from Yankee Hotel Foxtrot), the view (decently close for once) or even that the audience were up for it (and not talking!).

Just discovered that my favourite & most used Mac utility, ColorSnapper, has been updated! Now a Universal binary, with support for lch, oklch and oklab. Also, hsb (never noticed that before, might not be new). I rely on this several times a day, I couldn't use colour without it:

I picked up my Dinked Edition of the new Phoebe Bridgers album Lost Weekend today, and it's the nicest packaging design ive seen in a long time. The lyric booklet is alone is a thing of beauty. My daughter had got me a black light so I can see the hidden bits!
