Really could hope that in 2026 cyclists would be over feeling the need to other people on e-bikes or being purists about what being a cyclist means. They are incredibly useful means of transportation and recreation and often mean less vehicles on the road!

If PPB is providing data (including "flock type" alpr) to LexisNexis then they are providing it to ICE and the Feds. A restrictive data policy is clear and consise, that's why everything we ever see is not. We need this for PPB, but also for Portland broadly, to include commercial surveillance.
