Dolly Parton knew what it was like to struggle as she fought for working families her whole career. From providing free books to kids to giving working women our "9 to 5" anthem, she was an icon and an inspiration. Rest in power to our union sister. We will always love you.

My father-in-law retired from Dollywood a few years ago. He got my husband & I front row tickets to a Dolly concert back in summer 2016. She was amazing in all the ways you can imagine! She sang most of her hits (w/ a few deep cuts). What a catalogue! Truly one of the greatest American songwriters.

LoTT and M4L started with books and curriculum but they never intended to end there. First, ban trans books in public schools and libraries. Then ban trans healthcare. Eventually, ban trans *people* from public life. Removal of trans people from public life was always their goal. Always.
