LP at Night. After foolishly deciding not to chase yesterday, I happened to see some amazing mothership pictures on socials. I decided to drive out and capture what I could. Duel Low Precipitation (LP) based storm in its final hour.

Thunderstorm over a corn field. The storm has what is called an LP or Low precipitation base; meaning little to no rain is falling and the storm bottom has a circular look.

Still closed through tomorrow. The Bug Fire and former Fred Fire have merged to nearly (possibly more than) 60,000 acres. Close by Stallion Fire on the Pyramid Reservation is also over 30,000 acres.
