my childhood cat developed feline dementia and lived a happy life to 19.5. The vet figured out a lot of the symptoms came from anxiety and distress. once the lil guy was on zoloft most of the behavior changes around the dementia sort of resolved themselves. hopefully this helps some way

i manage to even eat a light lunch between 12 and 1. another piece of this is that our eating schedule dictates our body’s availability of energy and helps naturally set a clock around when we have energy and when that energy wanes. honestly, the best thing is to build just enough structure.
