If my memory of my old anatomy lectures is correct; there's a muscle that exists in the forearms of some people that's called Palmaris Longus. If you have it, you can see it pop up as a small tendon in your arm by putting your third finger and thumb together.

Oh we'll have to look out for those! We're going bareback atm, which is a little risky as Flo had a tendency before to catch them on door frames and the like, but I've no idea where the tape she used to use is right now, and she can't really remember either. Probably best just get some new stuff.

Flo is finally a 21st century cyborg once more. Ok, it's just monitoring her blood sugars and reporting back to my phone, it's not as fancy as her previous system that ALSO adjusted her insulin as well, but at least we won't need to do fingerprick tests all day any more, like medieval peasants.

A libre 2 sensor fitted to the back of Flo's arm. Fingers crossed she doesn't knock into a door frame and rip it off, I've put it as far back as possible to try and prevent that but she insists on going everywhere at 60mph, like those maniacs you see in winter looking through a letterbox sized gap in an iced up windscreen, but still driving like it's about clear day.
