What’s funny about this is that I started life near Chicago, have lived in upstate NY, in CA, and New England with short stints in (early) MN and Ireland (not quite as early). My accent is definitely consistent with where I have lived most and and most recently! (And where people move a lot.)

Texas has suspended over 1.2 million voter registrations. Many valid voters in Texas have found their voter registrations were somehow canceled when they checked. Check your registration here and fix it immediately - Texas doesn't always honor provisional ballots cast on election day.

This has been true in every type of work I’ve ever done. Decision fatigue is SO real. I’ve told my partner I never want to decide what type of tea we’re having with breakfast, just so I have one less choice to make that isn’t necessary.
