A small corner stairwell of a larger russian computer store that looks like a minitower. just for shits and giggles, i looked up "ublock origin" and was able to install the lite version from the store 😭 but some how i accidentally opened chromium itself in steam just the entire chromium browser is in this. i had no idea this was a thing. i dont know much about how steam works

Okay, so obviously this is very dumb, but for an explanation of why: The "rules being eased" is really "unwinding the phase-out of HFC refrigerants." HFCs are responsible for the extremely high global warming potential of refrigerants, and our previous saner government was working to fix this 1/x
