I'm petrified b/c of bad experiences I had as a child. I had no one that really understood what I needed and was locked into an unhealthy cycle of conflating my worth with my academic achievements, so I was extremely afraid of making mistakes. I will work on myself but have no blueprint for our kid.

Looking for stuff that may help build my kid's confidence while actually challenging them. Also, anything that helps kids develop empathy... I'm so out of my depth.
