Transgender sports person here. Trans women - have more muscle mass - have larger lungs - have a bigger heart - have more fast twitch muscle fibres - have no periods - have a narrower pelvis resulting in being 10% faster in cycling and running and having fewer leg injuries. There is no debate.

Worth pointing out there's a big difference in UK law between criticism and defamation. Shouting "free speech" is not going to convince a court if you have made false statements that cause serious harm to the reputation of an individual, company or organisation.

Measures to end exploitative zero-hours contracts cannot come soon enough. This shows once again that women, who make up more than half of those on zero-hours contracts, stand to benefit the most from the provisions to guaranteed hours under the Employment Rights Act. They must be delivered in full.
