In case it ever comes up, Shure wireless handheld mics output 11v of bias voltage, lectrosonics handhelds output 5v. Despite having the same threads and being physically comparable, not all Shure capsules are electrically compatible with lectrosonics transmitters.

The fact that a third year furry convention has attendance numbers that took the big three cons over a decade to hit is both amazing and horrifying to me. These are still all volunteer run events and I’m afraid of what this rate of growth will do to the people in management roles. Burnout is real.

3d printing projects that use most of a roll of filament are pretty nerve wracking. Doing a PLA test print, then a foaming TPU final print, of a case for a cinema lens. I've mostly been using laser cut foam for this, but foaming TPU lets me cradle it way better.
