The "Party of Reagan" has the United States siding with Russian aggression against NATO allies and a brutal war on a European democratic US partner. Yes, the whole party. If they didn't, they would impeach and remove the president who is blatantly breaking US law to help fund Russia's war effort.

We need to incept the idea of Trump renaming the GOP to the Trump Party, and by “incept” I mean have a reporter mention it once within his earshot and he’ll become obsessed with it and not let it go

Trump's pushing the term "super intelligence" is stupid for many reasons (not least because "superintelligence" was already a term with a specific meaning in semi-technical and policy/philosophical discussions about AI). But now his bullying about it is reaching an Orwellian pitch.
A Trump Truth Social post dated 8 October 2026, reading: "The White House considers anyone that uses the term, 'Artificial Intelligence,' as opposed to the highly accepted new and more accurate term, 'Super Intelligence,' THE ENEMY! President DONALD J. TRUMP" (https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/117406176604364910). That post is quote-tweeted by @josephpolitano.bsky.social on the same day with the message: "Again he’s really losing it with the AI stuff now." And that, in turn, is quote-tweeted by @sky.skymarchini.net also on the same day, in two messages that read (combined) as follows: "Yeah, so, I work for an organization with federal government contracts and, the White House is not actually joking about this. It’s (probably) not at an 'I will I get fired if I put "artificial intelligence" in an email' level but the WH is making clear that the expectation is to use Trump’s politically correct terminology in public communication."

It's because the phrase is used to identify those loyal to the in-group, and identify those members of the out-group who need to be targeted and attacked.

We are spending this much money, not for some vital national interest, but in order to secure oil shipments from the Gulf Monarchies to China so that oil prices don't spike before the midterms. There are Navy guys who haven't seen their family in 8 months doing it so the GOP can maybe win KS-SEN

The entire interior U.S. should be alarmed as Canada fast tracks a new crude oil pipeline from Alberta to Canada's West Coast that will push more of Canada's oil away from U.S. refineries that rely on it, and could negatively impact U.S. refineries.

Laugh at Eric Schmitt and Co. for Hawkeyes/Hawks, sure. Their screw up is funny and they deserve the mockery. But also, this was the GOP and allied media geared up to defend a coup attempt with lies and jail a prosecutor because he tried to enforce the law against a criminal. How far we've fallen.
