Had a rough EMDR session focusing on when my ex boyfriend was breaking into my house. He'd take things, move things, or fill my fridge with things to make it obvious he was there. The police straight up told me that if he had a key, they wouldn't do anything. I had to beg my landlord to change them.

No literally, the gimmick my professor did the first day was have us list slurs for women (eg, bitch, cunt, etc) vs slurs for men. There was a guy who just kept rattling off these really offensive things (I remember "ham wallet" specifically) and he had major growth over the semester. Imagine!
