A reminder to all: Rick Scott himself committed the largest fraud in Medicare/Medicaid history. In the 1990's Scott was CEO of Columbia/HCA, the largest for-profit hospital chain in America. His company defrauded taxpayers of $1.7 BILLION dollars. He resigned with a $350 million severance package.
