In my opinion you should only be allowed to say someone "died for their country" if they died in a defensive war. If you die in an offensive war then you didn't die for your country you died for the generic concept of empire.

as for long division... fuck, that's hard. but if you know +, - and *, you can do it. it is tedious. (if you mean long division with variables... fuck that's even worse. 😣 same rules though.) bit of a waste of paper doing these by hand if they got like 20 numbers or terms though.

iirc: verb is (i googled) words that describe actions (action verbs, sit stand, etc.), events (become, happen), and state of being (be-verbs like is, was, etc.) adjective is a modifier of nouns. like cute. 😣 but same, i shoot myself whenever i call me smart. my ego has to be at a minimum.
