I have just read the messages above and i have booked a villa in ibiza through stu and had no reply from him.
We transfered £2,000.00 back in august for the deposits. I have been emailing him since then with no reply so i have searched the web and found this page. Have you any news on your outcome.

We have never seen a penny of our money back, do NOT pay him anymore as you will not have a villa and you will lose all money paid.
He is a fraud and this is happening a lot in Ibiza, I would make sure you pay any villas on credit card so you can claim any money back if you get scammed!
