I think you could make a very cheap and inconspicuous device that looks just about exactly like a meta glasses charger but actually just dumps a ~36-50V pulse thru the charging terminals :)) Constant current step-up drivers for display backlights and camera flashes cost like 15 cents :)))

I imported a Sony Reon Pocket 5 from Japan. It's a wearable Peltier cooler that sits on the back of your neck. It senses the air temperature and adjusts its thermal block to just underneath it. Quite pleasant to use. Doubt it has any meaningful positive effects. A palliative object. Symbolic.
