This is a disaster. The ethics committee in Denmark that approved the Guinea-Bissau study which will withhold the birth dose of HepB vaccine “had never considered medical studies before but it changed the rules in order to vote on this one”. Four members of the committee have resigned in protest.

There are adult Americans, Canadians, and Europeans here most are refugees from X. The rest of the world sees our issues with X as a cultural one which does not affect them in the least, so they aren't going to leave. English speaking kids from the first world have their own ways of processing X.
