Through this project, we want to hear about your experiences in key life stages like

📚 Education (post 16/ Further/Higher Education)
💼 Employment (from recruitment to retention)
👩‍👧‍👦 Womanhood (Hormones, gender roles)

Your unique insights, struggles, celebrations, and reflections are invaluable, and they will help break down the misunderstandings that so often surround the Autistic community.

This is a safe, inclusive space where your story matters. We aim to co-create with you to ensure that your experiences are told in a way that resonates and fosters greater empathy and understanding.

🔹 Why Share Your Story?
By sharing your journey, you help highlight the importance of reasonable adjustments, peer support, and understanding for Autistic individuals, especially from minority backgrounds. Your voice will pave the way for more inclusive futures.

🔹 How to Get Involved
We are collecting stories from Autistic minority ethnic adults. If you are willing to share your experiences, please reach out to us via DM or email at info@sema.scot for a registration form.

Every story will be anonymised to protect your privacy, as we respect the need for confidentiality.

We can’t wait to hear from you and co-create something beautiful together. 🌙✨

*Participant time will be compensated.
