In the middle of a bad depressive episode. Have had to leave work early twice because I couldn’t handle it. My psych wants to put me on a new med, but I have to reduce the dosage on one of my current meds for 2 weeks first. So this is only going to get worse before it gets better. So. Fucking. Fun.

So we finally watched Thunderbolts on streaming. It’s obviously an action comic book movie with all that implies, but I was actually somewhat impressed by how the central narrative core was depression & how you (fail to) deal with it. And they did a reasonable job of it!
