@ryannorth.ca *Spoilers* If this email is written in base twelve, then the original timeline had computed pi to nearly 4 quadrillion decimal places (3*12^14 + 1*12^13 + 4*12^12). Whereas in our revised timeline we’re down to 800 trillion. So I guess @xkcd.com is now slightly worse at math, huh?

at once an innocent philosophical hypothetical, its also a trenchant question that goes to the heart of actually existing conditions in american colleges and universities in the year 2026

The final panel shows a McDonald's, with the sign reading the "McRib is Back" implying that the return of the McRib and the finding of the flash-frozen carcasses are related events.
