Help wanted identifying voices on old cassette tape (one voice possibly featured on news)

Hi, guys, I originally posted this on r/CursedThriftStoreFinds, and I was directed here. I’m not gonna go into all the details of my original post, if you want you can check it out here. Long story short, I have an old cassette tape, and we’re trying to identify who the voices on it might be. One user mentioned VOICE B sounding familiar, like they heard it recently on the news. It’s been driving me crazy for weeks now, I’d really appreciate the help. I’m attaching the transcript and some audio samples below. Thanks.

u/dontbouncethedog
excuse me why the fuck is there only one set of footsteps in those clips?!

u/TheBoobonicPlague OP
Yeah, that’s exactly what started this whole thing. I’m trying to find out what’s going on there. And please, no ghost theories.

Or: Daniel and Armand become Reddit cryptids for a week and ruin multiple people's mental health.

Fic summary:

Daniel felt like a total idiot.

Armand had told him he should be taking baby steps.

But once Daniel had gotten over his fear of bursting into flames, shuffled into the daylight (with Armand holding both of his hands) and not actually burst into flames... Well, he’d immediately gotten overconfident, hadn’t he?

In which Daniel gets overconfident during daywalking lessons and needs a little after sun care.

Not finished yet, but all I can manage today. Haven't drawn nobeard Ed in such a long time u_u" Blanket permission if anyone feels inspired to write based on this/the final version (which I'll hopefully finish tomorrow) #OFMDwhumptober #ofmd #ofmdart #EdIzzy #izzyhands #steddyhands #ofmdfanfic #wip

Wip of a watercolor drawing, showing Izzy Hands, Edward Teach, and an ominous third person who could be Stede Bonnet from the series Our Flag means Death. Izzy is shirtless, kneeling on the floor, collared, shackled, and chained to sth out of frame. Ed is wearing the depression robe, laying on his side with his head on Izzy’s left leg, probably unconscious. He's cradling a big bottle against his body. Izzy has his hands on top of Ed's head, looking pained. Light from an open door falls on the scene, and a shadow with curled hair can be seen on the floor in the light.

Armand stopped moving. He stared at the floor. “You’re angry with me.”

“Thank you, Captain Obvious,” Daniel replied. “Hey, since we’re just saying shit we both already know, I’ve got another one for ya: you took off.”
