A brag: this afternoon I fried up two utterly perfect sunny side up eggs and had them on cheesy butter-toasted potato bread, and they were so damn good. Flawless runny, slightly jammy yolks, firm but not hard yolks that were just lightly crisped but not burnt...perfection.
